세계화장실협회는 2019년도 개발도상국 공중화장실 설치지원사업 공모를 아래와 같이 실시합니다.

사업명 : 개발도상국 공중화장실 설치지원사업

사업기간 : 2019년 3월~12월(반드시 연내 완공)

사업내용 :

- 신규사업 USD 35,000(1개소) * 2개 (수원시 ODA 사업)

- 신규사업-파일럿 USD 10,000(1개소) * 1개 (재원 : WTA 회비)

- 기설치화장실 개보수사업 USD 5,000(1개소) * 1개 (수원시 ODA 사업)

4. 지원자격 : WTA 회원, NGO, 각국 중앙정부부처 및 지자체, 대학 및 연구기관, 공공기관, 화장실 관련 단체 등

* 비회원도 공모사업에 지원할 수 있으나, 사업 선정 후에는 원활한 사업 진행을 위해 반드시 사전에 회원 가입을 해야합니다.

본 사업 중 수원시가 후원하는 신규사업 2개소 및 개보수사업의 상세내용은 수원시 요청에 따라 일부 변경될 수 있음을 알려드립니다. 파일럿 프로젝트는 2017년도~18년도에 납부된 협회비로 건축되는 화장실로, WTA 회원이 지원한 제안서에 우선권이 주어지게 됩니다.

금년부터 제안서 제출은 온라인을 통해서만 가능하며, 이메일 혹은 서면 접수는 받지 않습니다. 첨부된 파일은 온라인 제안서 제출 양식으로, 참고하여 내용을 미리 준비하시고 온라인 상에서 직접 입력해주셔야 합니다. 모든 서류는 반드시 영어로 작성되어야 합니다.

제안서 제출 후 접수확인증이 담당자 이메일로 발송되며, 72시간 이내에 사무국으로부터 접수확인증을 받지 못하신 지원자는 반드시 사무국으로 연락주시기 바랍니다.

본 공모는 1월 1일~2월 28일까지 접수하며, 연간 스케줄은 아래와 같습니다.

[Call for Proposal] 2019 Public Toilet Construction Support Project in Developing Countries

We gladly announce the 2019 call for proposal for public toilet construction support project in developing countries. Please refer the below details.

1. Project : Public Toilet Construction Support Project in Developing Countries

2. Duration : March to December, 2019

3. Project Detail

- New Building USD 35,000 * 2 Places (SUWON ODA)

- Pilot USD 10,000 * 1 Place (by Saving of WTA Membership Fee)

- Repair for Previous WTA Toilet USD 5,000 * 1 Place (SUWON ODA)

4. Who can be qualified

: WTA Member, NGO, Central or/and Local Government, University or R&D Institute, Public Institute, WASH-related Organization etc.

* Non-member can apply for project proposal submission. But, once the organization is selected for the project, you should join WTA as a member in order to easier cooperation for the project.

The details of project supported by SUWON(2 new building and repair one) can be altered upon Suwon’s policy or request. Pilot project will be performed with the saving from WTA membership fee from 2017 to 2018, and WTA member will have a priority on this pilot project.

From this year, proposal submission is only available through online, email submission is not accepted. Attached you can find the sample format for the online submission, so please prepare the contents first according to the question, and you should fill in the form through online. All documents should be written by English.

After the submission, you will get a confirmation letter of submission by email, if you do not get it within 3 working days, please contact to the Secretariat. (Emma Kim +070-4495-3998)
